摘　　要：我国于2016年6月成为《华盛顿协议》的正式会员,为我国工程教育带来了新的机遇与挑战,国内许多高校加入了工程教育专业认证的行列。质量保障机制不仅是专业认证的基本要求,更是学生培养质量及教育水平的重要基础。我国许多高校机械专业具有较强的行业背景与特色,建立与之相适应的质量保障机制是进行专业认证的首要工作。本文以中国海洋大学的海洋特色鲜明的机械专业为例,说明建立特色型机械专业工程教育质量保障机制的方法与必要性。首先确立适应当前社会及地方经济发展需求的具有海洋知识背景的机械人才培养目标,确定具有海洋特色的学生能力要求;据此制定专业培养方案和课程体系,根据课程对能力要求的支撑,设计课程的教学大纲,在大纲中体现对能力支撑的达成度评价方法、持续改进措施等内容。同时建立包含管理团队、教师教学团队、用人单位及学生联合监督管理、持续改进的质量保障机制,保证在课程学习、工程实践、创新创业等教学环节体现海洋特色,并要通过持续改进来提升我专业的工程教育质量。本文提出的工程教育专业认证的质量保障机制在该专业运行良好,对特色型专业的工程教育认证具有借鉴意义。In June 2016,China became a formal member of the Washington Agreement,which brought new opportunities and challenges for China's engineering education,and many universities join it.The quality guarantee mechanism is not only the requirement of accreditation,but also an important basis for the quality and level of education.The mechanical specialty of many universities in China has strong industry background and characteristics,and the appropriate quality guarantee mechanism must be proposed before accreditation.This paper takes the distinctive marine machinery specialty of Ocean University of China as an example to illustrate the method and necessity of establishing the quality assurance mechanism of engineering education of characteristic mechanical specialty.Firstly,the cultivating target of mechanical talent with the background of marine knowledge was established to meet the demand of the current social and local economic development,and the ability of graduates followed.Then the training programs and curriculum system were put forward according to them,and the curriculum syllabus was designed by the support of curriculum to the graduates'abilities,which include the evaluation method of the ability support,continuous improvement measures and so on.At the same time,the quality guarantee mechanism was proposed,including management team,teaching team,joint supervision of employers and students and continual improvement,which highlighted marine features in course teaching,engineering practice,innovative and venture and other teaching sections.It can also improve the quality of engineering education through continuous improvement.The quality guarantee mechanism of engineering education proposed in this paper has performed well for several years,which can be used as a reference for the engineering education accreditation of characteristic specialty
