摘　　要：人才培养往往存在注重教师"教"而忽视学生"学"的成效,对学生能力评价手段单一,综合检查手段不足等问题。本文通过期中、期末考试及多次测验、课程项目设计等,构成"多回路"闭环控制系统,变终结性评价为进程式评价,利于学生能力达成,保障人才培养质量。Often pay attention to teachers'"teaching"and ignore the students"learning"effect in teaching.The evaluation of student ability is single,and comprehensive evaluation means inadequate and so on.In this paper,through the midterm,the final exam and multiple tests,project design,constitute a"multi-loop"closed-loop control system,change the end of the evaluation for the progressive evaluation.It is good for the achievement of students'ability to protect the quality of personnel training.
