摘　　要：教师职业道德评价机制的建构和优化是一个动态变化的过程。教师职业道德评价机制的研究和建构应该与社会发展、时代变迁相辅相成,只有这样才能使得教师职业道德评价发挥最大化功能,引导教师的职业道德发展,提升教师的专业化水平。The construction and improvement of teachers'professional ethics evaluation mechanism is a continuous process.With the development of society and the change of the times,the research and construction of teachers'professional ethics evaluation mechanism should keep pace with the times.Only in this way can the teacher professional ethics evaluation play the maximization function,guide the teacher's professional ethics development,and improve the professional level of teachers.
