摘　　要：随着现代医学对临床药师保障合理用药提出的要求越来越高,临床药学专业学生的人文素质教育已经受到了越来越多的关注。本文就我国医药院校临床药学人文素质教育中普遍存在的人文素质教育意识淡薄、课程结构不够合理、教学体系不够完善等问题进行剖析,并探讨了解决方案和改进措施,希望能为临床药学人才的人文素质教育提供借鉴。With the increasing demand of modern medicine for rational use of drugs by clinical pharmacists,the humanistic quality education of clinical pharmacy students has been paid more and more attention.In this paper,the problems of humanistic quality education consciousness,curriculum structure and teaching system are analyzed in the humanistic quality education of clinical pharmacy in medical colleges and universities,and the solutions and improvement measures are discussed.Hope to provide reference for humanistic quality education of clinical pharmacy talents.
