摘 要:高校心理健康教育的深入发展,推动了心理健康课程的发展。因此,探寻新的元素丰富课堂,使大学生心理健康教育课程能真正做到以学生的心理体验为主、积极的参与其中将成为关键需解决的问题。笔者看到大学生群体对音乐的热衷程度,着手将音乐结合冥想融入心理健康课程进行尝试。我院心理健康课程分为八个主题,选择相关的音乐和通俗歌曲,辅以正念冥想开展,将授课班级分为传统组与试验组,在一学年后进行授课效果对比,根据班级成员对课堂的反馈评价,我们清晰地看到相较传统的心理健康课程,音乐融和冥想的心理健康课程带给大学生的更积极的效果。With the gradual maturity of psychological health education in colleges,mental health courses have also been greatly developed.Therefore,it is the key problem to explore new elements added into the lesson material and active classroomatmosphere,which needs to be solved.The author realizes the possible role played by background music in mental health education,and start to integrate music into mental health courses,and tries music meditation and group counseling.The mental health curriculum in our college is divided into eight themes,with appropriate choice of related music and popular songs,supplementing the form of mindfulness meditation and group counseling.The classes are divided into the traditional group and the experimental group to make an effectiveness comparison of teaching after a semester.According to class members'feedback on the classroom,We clearly see music with mindfulness meditation has a more positive effect than traditional way in mental health courses to college students.
