摘 要:在军队研究生教育系统思维与创新能力培养中,分析了不利于创新的原因,从培养系统思维能力、激励科研实践创新,规范考试考核方式、完善质量评价体系,加强导师队伍建设、提升导师创新能力等三个方面提出系统思维与创新能力培养的方法措施,构建了创新型的军队研究生培养模式。As to the aspect of the cultivation mode of systematic thinking and innovation ability in the education of military graduate students,this paper analyzes some reasons which are not conducive to innovation.Some measures are presented to enhance the cultivation mode of systematic thinking and innovation ability.They can divided into three aspects,the first is to cultivate the ability of systematic thinking and encourage the scientific research practice,the second is to standardize the examination mechanism and improve the quality evaluation system,the last one is to strengthen the construction of the tutor team and improve the innovation ability of tutors.These measures contribute to build the innovative cultivation mode of military graduate students.
