摘　　要：学生在高等学校的学习过程中,最能够直接接触到的就是学校当中的辅导员教师,在与学生的日常生活中能够渗透和表现出人文关怀,以人文关怀为路径对大学生的思想政治建设进行一定的教育和工作,不仅能够对大学生的实际活动进行全面的培养,还能够有效地将大学生教育成为对社会主义事业的建设作出贡献的人。During the process of learning in colleges and universities,students are most closely related to counselors.In the daily life with students,counselors can infiltrate and express humanistic care,carrying out ideological and political construction for college students through humanistic care.This can not only comprehensively cultivate college students,but also effectively cultivate them to be the builders of socialism.
