摘　　要：鉴于目前建筑行业部分从业人员职业道德缺失,导致违背建筑职业和行业道德的事故频发的现状。如何培养具有职业责任心和职业使命感的合格的"职人",是建筑类高职院校所面临的重要任务。本文以建筑类专业高职学生职业道德教育为研究重点,分析现状及成因,提出以工匠精神引领高职院校职业道德教育的新模式。At present,some employees lack professional ethics in the construction industry,resulting in frequent occurrence of accidents caused by violations of professional and industrial ethics on the construction profession.How to cultivate qualified"career persons"with the sense of professional responsibility and professional mission is an important task faced by architectural higher vocational colleges.Taking the professional ethics education of architectural majors in higher vocational colleges as the research focus,this paper analyzes its current situation and the reasons,and proposes a new model of professional ethics education guided by the craftsman spirit.
