摘 要:针对表贴式永磁同步电机,提出了一种基于虚拟脉振高频注入法结合载波频率成分法的转子初始位置检测方法。该方法在传统脉振高频注入法的基础上,加入虚拟高频旋转坐标,对传统脉振高频注入法进行了改进;同时,引入载波频率成分法作为转子磁极判断依据。通过仿真和工程实验,对该方法进行验证。实验结果表明:与传统的脉振高频注入法相比,该方法不需要PI调节,易于工程实现,并解决了部分传统脉振高频注入法的过零点问题;与传统的磁极判断方法相比,该方法实施过程简单,准确性高,算法执行时间短。A novel initial position detecting strategy of sensorless control for the surface mounted permanent magnet synchronous machines(SPMSM)which combines the virtual high frequency pulsating injection method with the carrier frequency component method was proposed.In order to improve the sensorless control performance,this method adds the virtual high frequency rotation frame on the basis of the traditional high frequency(HF)pulsating injection method.At the same time,the carrier frequency component signals were utilized to detect magnetic pole.The simulation and experimental results show that the proposed method does not require PI regulation,which can be achieved by project easily.The novel magnetic pole judgment method effectively improves the detecting performance of sensorless control in the long algorithm execution time,complex process,etc.The experimental results verified the correctness of the strategy.
