摘 要:提出一种基于改进滑模观测器(SMO)和正切函数锁相环(PLL)结构的永磁同步电机无位置传感器转子位置估计策略。改进滑模观测器采用与电机转子电角速度相关的自适应反馈增益,引入幅值恒定的磁链分量计算电机转子位置,避免电机转速大小变化影响转子位置估计精度。为避免电机正、反向旋转切换导致的位置估计误差,建立了基于正切函数的锁相环结构,使得系统在各个平衡点均渐近稳定。与传统基于反电动势的位置估计策略相比,该文所提位置估计策略能够有效克服低转速工况下位置估计不准确以及转向突变导致的位置估计误差增大问题。最后将该文所提位置估计策略与传统基于反电动势的位置估计策略进行对比实验,实验结果验证了该文策略的有效性和实用性。A rotor position estimation strategy for sensorless permanent magnet synchronous motor based on improved sliding mode observer(SMO)and tangent function phase-locked loop(PLL)is proposed.The improved sliding mode observer utilizes an adaptive feedback gain associated with motor rotor electrical speed to derive a position estimator based on rotor flux model,and constant flux linkage is introduced to calculate the rotor position of the motor to avoid changing speed affect the accuracy of rotor position estimation.In order to avoid the position estimation error in the forward and reverse rotation of the motor,a phase-locked loop structure based on tangent function is established,which makes the system asymptotically stable at each equilibrium point.Compared with the traditional estimation strategy based on back EMF,the strategy proposed in this paper can effectively overcome the problem of inaccurate position estimation at low speed condition and the position estimation error increase caused by steering mutation.The new position estimation strategy proposed in this paper is compared with the traditional strategy based on back EMF,and the comparative experiment results verify the validity and practicability of the proposed strategy.
