高新技术企业轻资产运营促进了盈利模式变革吗?

摘　　要：实践中越来越多的高新技术企业实行轻资产运营战略,本文以2014—2016年中国制造业上市公司中的高新技术企业为样本,检验了轻资产运营对知识产权收益能力的影响。研究结果表明,轻资产运营对知识产权收益能力有显著正向影响;轻资产运营下知识产权水平对知识产权收益能力的直接效应,以及研发投入强度、技术人员占比和高学历员工占比对知识产权收益能力的间接效应均大于重资产运营下的情况。因此,高新技术企业轻资产运营的基本目标是促进盈利模式变革。由于研发投入强度、技术人员占比与高素质员工占比匹配性一般,影响了知识产权水平传递效应,高新技术企业产业升级示范效应或引领效应的高端目标难以实现。In practice,more and more high-tech enterprises are moving towards the light asset operation.With the example of high-tech enterprises listed in 2014-2016,the paper verified that the light asset operation has a significant positive effect on intellectual property income based on empirical analysis.Relative to the heavy asset operation,the intellectual property level under light asset operation has a greater direct benefit on intellectual property income while research and development investment,technical staff ratio,and higher education ratio of employees has a greater indirect benefit on intellectual property income.The results showed that the basic goal of high-tech enterprises light assets operation is committed to promote the change of the profit model.However,the general matching of technical personnel,high quality staff with research and development investment influences the transfer effect of intellectual property level,and then affects the high-tech enterprises to play a demonstration or leading effect of industrial upgrading.
