局部解剖学知识在窒息性毒剂中毒实验教学中的应用

摘  要:目的探讨局部解剖学知识在窒息性毒剂中毒实验教学中的作用,并初步评价教学效果。方法利用简单随机化分组的方法将陆军军医大学2013级五年制本科学员分为实验班和对照班,各30人。对照班按照传统实验教学方法进行窒息性毒剂中毒实验教学,在实验课前不进行任何形式的关于肺部解剖学知识的辅导;实验班在窒息性毒剂中毒实验教学上课和实验操作前进行肺相关解剖学知识的复习及相关操作技能的培训和示教。实验课结束后,统计两组学员实验操作时间和实验报考成绩,同时调查学生对实验教学的满意度(分)。结果实验班学员的平均实验操作时间[(22.00±3.00)min]短于对照班[(36.00±2.00)min],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验班学员实验平均成绩[(79.53±1.62)分]明显高于对照班[(91.25±2.32)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验班学员对实验教学效果的满意度[(91.00±0.10)分]高于对照班[(80.00±0.20)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强调引入局部解剖学知识能够提高窒息性毒剂中毒实验教学的教学质量,值得在化学武器医学防护学其他相关实验教学中推广应用。Objective To explore the role of local anatomy in experimental teaching of chocking agent poisoning and to evaluate the teaching effect.Methods The five-year undergraduate students,grade 2016,in the Army Medical University were enrolled and divided into the experimental group and the control group by a simple randomized grouping method,30 cases in each group.The control group conducted experimental teaching of choking agent poisoning according to the traditional experimental teaching method without reviewing the related anatomy knowledge of lung before doing experiments.The experimental group reviewed the related anatomy knowledge of lung as well as training the operational skills before doing experiments.At the end of the experiment class,the experimental operation time,the experimental report results(score),and the students′satisfaction of the experimental teaching were analyzed.Results The average experimental operation time of the experimental group([22.00±3.00]min)was shorter than that of the control group([36.00±2.00]min),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average scores of the experimental group([79.53±1.62]points)was higher than that of the control group([91.25±2.32]points),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of students′satisfaction in the experimental group([91.00±0.10]points)was higher than that of the experimental teaching group([80.00±0.20]points),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is emphasized that the introduction of local anatomy knowledge could improve the teaching quality of experimental teaching of chocking agent poisoning,which should be popularized and applied in other related experimental teaching of chemical agent prevention.
