摘　　要：国有企业是我国国民经济发展的基石。采用管理学以及历史学等相关理论与研究方法,论述转型时期我国国有企业管理创新的实质、历史演变及存在问题等,总结转型时期我国国有企业管理创新的特征、管理创新的新动力机制及特点。研究国有企业管理创新的新动力机制,可以推动未来国有企业管理制度的持续创新。State-owned enterprises are the cornerstone of China??s national economic development.Management as well as the history and so on related theory and research method,discusses the essence of the transformation period of our country state-owned enterprise management innovation,historical evolution and the existing problems and so on,summarizes the characteristics of China??s state-owned enterprise management innovation during the period of transition,new mechanism and characteristics of management innovation.Studying the new dynamic mechanism of management innovation of state-owned enterprises can promote the continuous innovation of management system of state-owned enterprises in the future.
