摘　　要：目的:探究肝门部胆管癌组织中PIWIL4蛋白表达情况,并分析其与临床病理因素的相关性。方法:选取医院经手术切除的40例肝门部胆管癌组织及癌旁组织为实验标本,选用SP免疫组化法检测上述实验标本中PIWIL4蛋白表达情况,并探究其与各病理因素的关系。结果:肝门部胆管癌组织中PIWIL4蛋白阳性率60.0%,显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.05);肝门部胆管癌组织中PIWIL4蛋白表达水平均与TNM分期、淋巴结是否转移、细胞分化程度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PIWIL4基因在肝门部胆管癌组织中呈高表达,且PIWIL4蛋白表达上调在肝门部胆管癌中的发生、发展及预后中发挥着重要的作用,可将其作为判断肝门部胆管癌病情进展的主要指标之一。Objective:To investigate the expression of PIWIL4 protein in the carcinoma of the hilar cholangiocarcinoma and analyze the correlation with the clinicopathological factors.Methods:40 cases of hepatic hilar bile duct carcinoma and para cancerous tissue were selected,and used SP immunohistochemical method to detect the expression of PIWIL4 protein.Results:The PIWIL4 protein positive rate was 60.0%in hilar cholangiocarcinoma,which were higher the para cancerous tissue(P<0.05).The expression level of PIWIL4 protein in hilar cholangiocarcinoma was significantly different from that of TNM staging,lymph node metastasis and cell differentiation(P<0.05).Conclusion:PIWIL4 gene is highly expressed in hilar cholangiocarcinoma tissues,and the up regulation of PIWIL4 protein plays an important role in the occurrence,development and prognosis of hilar cholangiocarcinoma.
