摘 要:目的:探讨临床路径教学中实施分段考核在消化科实习护生带教中的应用效果。方法:选取某医院2016年1月-2017年1月的39名大专实习护生做为研究对象,应用分段考核的方法,与2015年1月-2015年12月的36名大专实习护生采取集中考核模式比较,比较两组护生理论知识、技能操作成绩及实验组护生对分段考核的评价。结果:实验组的理论和技能操作评价明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),实验组实习护生中89.7%认为分段考核可以减轻心理压力,92.3%护生认为能提高实践操作能力和及时补缺补差,84.5%护生认为能加深对理论知识的掌握,82.1%护生认为可以增强学习效率,71.8%护生认为可以增加学习兴趣。结论:实行分段考核后,护生提高了理论知识水平和操作实践能力,增加了学习兴趣和效率,缓解了心理压力,从而提高了消化科带教效果。Objective:To explore the effect of applying segmental examination in clinical pathway nursing teaching.Methods:The 39 college nursing students were selected as the research object who had internship from January 2016 to January 2017,the application of piecewise appraisal method compared with in January 2015-December 2015 which focused on their assessment mode,comparing two groups of nursing students‘theoretical knowledge,skills,operating results and the experimental evaluation of segmentation of nursing students.Results:The operation evaluation theory and skills of the experimental group was obviously higher than that of control group,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.01),89.7%in the experimental group practice nursing students thought the section of examination could relieve psychological pressure and 92.3%thought it could improve the ability of practice and timely learn senders,84.5%thought can deepen mastery of theoretical knowledge,82.1%thought that could enhance the learning efficiency,71.8%thought could increase interests in learning.Conclusion:After the implementation of sectional examination,not only the theoretical knowledge level and operational practice ability have been improved,but also the learning interests and efficiency have been increased and the psychological pressure has been relieved.Therefore,these ways improve the teaching effect of the gastroenterology.
