摘　　要：目的:调查分析上消化道内镜黏膜下剥离术(ESD)术后患者留置胃管舒适现状。方法:自行设计调查表,对消化科90例行上消化道ESD术患者留置胃管情况进行调查。结果:置管期间有94.5%患者出现不舒适,以中度不适(82.2%)为主;食管ESD术发生置管不舒适比例比胃ESD术高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);置管不适症状在第2日和第3日出现最多,最常见是咽喉疼痛,发生率高达77.8%,其次是咳嗽、咳痰和口咽干燥。结论:ESD术后留置胃管会有不同程度的不适症状,给术后绝大多数患者带来痛苦,应重视并提高术后留置胃管舒适度。Objective:To investigate and analyze the comfort status of indwelling gastric tube in patients after endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD)of upper gastrointestinal tract.Method:A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the status of indwelling stomach tube in 90 patients who underwent the ESD of upper gastrointestinal tract in the department of gastroenterology.Result:There were 94.5%of patients with discomfort symptom during the indwelling tube period,with moderate discomfort was 82.2%.The incidence of discomfort ratio of esophageal ESD was significantly higher than that of gastric ESD,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The discomfort symptoms appeared most on the second day and the third day;while the most common symptom was the throat pain,with the incidence of up to 77.8%,followed by cough,sputum and pharyngeal dryness.Conclusion:Indwelling gastric tube after ESD will have varying degrees of discomfort and can bring pains to most patients;therefore we should pay attention to it and improve the comfort degree of postoperative indwelling gastric tube.
