摘　　要：在临床医学专业生物化学教学中采用PBL教学,并就其实施效果进行初步探讨和评价。结果表明PBL教学法能有效促进学生全面掌握生物化学基本理论知识,激发学生学习兴趣,提高实践和创新能力,符合培养医学生综合素质的改革思路,值得积极探索和研究。The application of PBL teaching mode in the education of biochemistry for clinical medicine speciality is very helpful to students’mastering the basic theoretical knowledge,stimulating students’interest in learning and improving their practice and innovative ability,which is in conformity with the reform idea of improve the comprehensive quality in the medicine students.It is worth to be explored and studied.
