摘　　要：老年教育是精神文化养老服务产业的重要组成部分。目前以政府为供给主体的老年教育属于准公共产品的范畴,相应地存在消费的"拥挤点"。尤其是在经济发展与人口老龄化并存环境下,老年教育需求快速膨胀,政府承办的老年大学供给与需求缺口越来越大。因此,探索老年教育的有效供给途径具有一定的现实意义。研究发现老年教育存在资源供给有限、分配不均、课程体系设置不完善,以及教育人才不足等一系列问题。而老年教育供给主体单一,经费投入不足,对老年教育认知错位是造成老年教育供给困境的主要原因。因此,创新供给模式,加大资金投入和资源整合,以及提升老年教育质量是有效解决老年教育困境的对策。The old-age education is an important part of the mental and cultural service industry.At present,the old-age education with the government as the main body belongs to the category of quasi-public products,and the"crowding point"of consumption exists correspondingly.Especially in the environment of economic development and population aging coexisting,the demand for elderly education is expanding rapidly,which leads the gap between the supply and demand of aged education to be more and more wide.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to explore the effective supply of old age education.It is found that there are a series of problems in the elderly education,such as limited supply and unequal distribution of elderly education resources,imperfect curriculum system and insufficient educational teachers.The main reasons for the plight of elderly education supply include mainly single main body of the supply for old education,lack of fund investment and the cognitive dislocation for the elderly education.Therefore,innovating the supply mode,increasing capital input and resource integration,and improving the quality of elderly education are ways to effectively solve the elderly education dilemma.
