摘　　要：跨学科是创新型人才培养与科学研究的重要方式,南洋理工大学把跨学科作为核心发展战略,构建校级、学部、学院三级组织机构,强化跨学科的研究机构平台建设,通过项目遴选、教授聘任、课题设计等形式,充分利用并发挥平台作用;制定激励政策,鼓励相关人员参与;构建包括学生选拔、导师安排、质量保证、成果归属等内容的培养体系,成效显著,其实践对我国高校具有借鉴意义。国内相关高校应该把跨学科作为学校发展战略规划的核心内容,充分发挥战略引领作用;建立健全相应的工作机制,提高研究生、教授和管理人员的参与积极性;加强跨学科平台建设,为跨学科人才培养和科学研究提供载体;构建保障机制,确保跨学科人才培养与科学研究目标的实现。Interdisciplinary talents cultivation is an important channel to foster innovative talents and boost research caliber.Nanyang Technological University adopted interdisciplinary development as the core concept of its developmental strategy,and strengthened theinterdisciplinary research platform with the institution support at three levels:university,disciplinary department and schools.The role of the platform was given a full play through projects selection,professor recruitment and project design,among other measures.Other policies included:incentive policy to encourage the involvement,and the cultivation system involving the students selection,tutor arrangement,quality guarantee and research achievement copyright.Their reform success can throw light on the Chinese universities.The Chinese universities should also treat the interdisciplinary talents cultivation and scientific research as the core of their development strategies,with its leading role in strategic development.A perfect system and mechanism should be set up to boost the enthusiasm on the part of postgraduate students,professors and administrative personnel.An interdisciplinary platform and a guarantee system should be established to provide an effective vehicle for the interdisciplinary talents cultivation and research to guarantee the success of the effort.
