运动对膝关节前交叉韧带损伤患者自我效能水平及Lysholm膝功能评分的影响

摘　　要：目的 研究运动对膝关节前交叉韧带损伤患者自我效能水平及Lysholm膝功能评分的影响。方法 将该院收治的82例膝关节前交叉韧带损伤的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各41例,对照组患者在术后对其进行常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上进行阶段性的运动锻炼,观察两组患者的自我效能水平及膝关节Lysholm膝功能评分情况。结果 两组患者术前HSS评分、Lysholm评分、一般自我效能量表(GSES)评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后1个月,观察组HSS评分、Lysholm评分、GSES评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对膝关节前交叉韧带损伤的患者实施阶段性的运动锻炼,能够巩固手术后的治疗效果,促进患者膝关节功能的恢复并且提高患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of exercise on the level of self-efficacy and Lysholm knee function in patients with anterior cruciate ligament injury.Methods Eighty-two patients with anterior cruciate ligament injury were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Forty-one patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing after operation.The observation group was carried out on the basis of the control group sexual exercise,observed the two groups of patients with self-efficacy and knee knee Lysholm knee function score.Results There was no significant difference in the HSS score,the Lysholm score,General self-efficacy scale(GSES)score between the two groups before operation(P>0.05);One month after the operation,the HSS score,the Lysholm score,GSES score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference were statistically different(P<0.05).Conclusion On the knee anterior cruciate ligament injury in patients with stage of exercise,to consolidate the effect of surgery after surgery to promote the recovery of knee function and improve the quality of life of patients.
