摘　　要：培育和践行社会主义核心价值观是巩固全党全国各族人民共同思想道德基础、推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化及增强文化自信、提高国家文化软实力的迫切需要。培育和践行中,要坚持"一个根本遵循"即习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,把握"一个着眼点"即培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人,发挥"三个作用"即传统文化的丰厚滋养、党员干部的带头示范和家庭环境的良好熏陶。Nurturing and practicing Core Socialist Values is an urgent requirement for consolidating the common ideological and moral foundation of the whole Party and the people of all ethnic groups throughout the country,making a progress in modernizing our country's system and capacity for governance,increasing cultural self-confidence and improving national cultural soft power.In this process,we should persist in"one fundamental compliance"which is Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,grasping"one focus"which is fostering a new generation capable of shouldering the mission of national rejuvenation and giving full play to"three role"which consists of rich nourishment of traditional culture,leading demonstration of Party members and cadres and the favorable edification of family environment.
