山西管涔山传统食用菌白水皮蘑菇的DNA分子鉴定

摘　　要：采用ITS-DNA分子方法,对每年夏秋2季在山西管涔山云杉及落叶松林内草地上大量发生、当地百姓称之为白水皮的一种白色蘑菇进行了鉴定分析。结果表明,白水皮蘑菇与最早报道于欧洲的落叶杯伞(Clitocybe phyllophila(Pers.)P.Kumm.)在分类学上属于同一物种。然而,这个物种在欧洲、北美洲以及我国等地所有的文献中均被列为有毒的蘑菇种类,而白水皮蘑菇作为最常见的野生菌之一已被当地百姓采集食用了数百年。ITS-DNA molecular method was used to identify and analyze a kind of white mushroom,which is called white water peel by local mountain people in Shanxi province,in summer and autumn,in the grassland of Picea Guancen mountain and Larix gmelinii.The results showed that it was belonging to the same species in taxonomy with Clitocybe phyllophila(Pers.)P.Kumm.As one of the most common wild mushrooms,white water peel mushrooms were collected for hundreds of years by local mountain people.However,the Clitocybe phyllophila was definitely known as a poisonous mushroom in all literatures in Europe,North America and China.
