牙周牙髓联合治疗与单纯牙周治疗对重度牙周炎的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的对比牙周牙髓联合治疗与单纯牙周治疗对重度牙周炎的临床疗效。方法选取在我院就诊的62例重度牙周炎患者的66颗重度牙周炎患牙,随机分为观察组(牙周牙髓联合治疗,n=33)和对照组(牙周治疗,n=33)。对比两组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为90.91%(30/33),高于对照组总有效率78.79%(26/33),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组PD、PLI、SBI和MD均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组PD、PLI、SBI和MD均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论牙周牙髓联合治疗重度牙周炎效果显著。Objective To compare the clinical effect of periodontal endodontic treatment and periodontal treatment alone on severe periodontitis.Methods 66 severe periodontitis teeth from 62 patients with severe periodontitis who were treated in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group(periodontal endodontic treatment,n=33)and control group(periodontal treatment,n=33).The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 90.91%(30/33),which was significantly higher than that in the control group 78.79%(26/33)(P<0.05).After treatment,PD,PLI,SBI and MD in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the PD,PLI,SBI and MD in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The periodontal endodontic treatment has a significant effect on severe periodontitis and is worthy of clinical promotion.
