摘 要:The effect of on-the-job training on job mobility is an important topic in labor economics.Based on a sample survey data of migrant workers in Liaoning Province China,this paper has statistically described job mobility of migrant workers and then used a multinomial Logistic model to analyze the effect of on-the-job training on job mobility.We found,firstly,migrant workers have high-level job mobility;secondly,inter-firm/city occupational mobility is the major type of migrant workers’mobility,and then followed by the inter-firm mobility and inter-regional mobility that without occupation change;thirdly,on-the-job training has a significant impending effect on interregional mobility and occupational mobility,while has insignificant effect on inter-firm mobility.
