穴位艾灸治疗配合艾盐包热熨治疗奥沙利铂化疗所致外周神经毒性疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察穴位艾灸治疗配合艾盐包热熨对缓解奥沙利铂化疗所致外周神经毒性的效果。方法胃癌术后行奥沙利铂化疗患者120例随机分为2组。对照组60例患者常规使用营养神经药物甲钴胺,试验组60例患者在对照组基础上给予穴位艾灸配合艾盐包热熨。干预后1周后评价患者周围神经毒性反应和肢体疼痛缓解程度。结果与对照组比较,试验组患者外周神经毒性分级和肢体疼痛程度较轻,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾灸穴位热熨治疗配合艾盐包操作简便,能有效缓解奥沙利铂化疗所致的末梢神经炎。Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint moxibustion and hot ironing therapy with moxa-salt pack in treatment of peripheral neuropathy induced by oxaliplatin-based chemotherapy.Methods Totally 120 patients undergoing oxaliplatin-based chemotherapy after operation for gastric cancer were randomly divided into the control group(n=60)and the study group(n=60).Patients of the control group received neurotrophic drugs(Mecobalamin),and those in the study group were given extra acupoint moxibustion and hot ironing therapy with moxa-salt pack.The degree of peripheral neuropathy and pain relief at 1 week after intervention were evacuated and compared between two groups.Results Patients of the study group had less severity of peripheral neuropathy compared with that of controls after 1 week treatment(P<0.05).Patients of the study group had a lower pain degree of limbs compared with that of controls(P<0.05).Conclusion The acupoint moxibustion and hot ironing therapy with moxa-salt pack is an effective way of alleviating peripheral neuropathy induced by oxaliplatin-based chemotherapy.
