摘 要:高职院校组织结构是其内部所有关键要素相互作用、相互关联的基本方式,是高职院校内部发展诉求和外部发展环境共同作用下产生的制度化变革形式。高职院校组织变革是一个相对历史、繁杂的过程,也是其自身发展的必然选择。目前,组织变革有各种价值取向,如办学自主的自身取向和社会取向,人才培养模式的取向等,本文对高职院校组织变革的价值取向进行探析,分析x校组织变革的主要因素,提出x校组织变革应兼顾的各方需求,保持自身的办学自主权,将以人为本、自主办学、持续发展作为最终价值取向。The organizational structure of higher vocational colleges is the basic way of the interaction and interrelatedness of all the key elements inside it.It is the institutionalized form of reform under the joint action of the internal development of vocational colleges and the external development environment.Organizational change in higher vocational colleges is a relatively historical and complicated process,and it is also an inevitable choice for its own development.At present,the organizational change has various value orientation,such as the orientation of self-orientation and social orientation of the school,the orientation of the talent training mode,etc.This paper analyzes the value orientation of organizational change in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the main factors of organizational change in x-Proposed x school organizational change should take into account the needs of all parties,to maintain their own school autonomy,people-oriented,self-running,sustainable development as the ultimate value orientation.
