摘　　要：大学生课外科技活动是培养学生实践和创新等诸多能力的良好平台,本文通过探讨课外科技活动小组的管理模式和效果评价形式,来有效促进学生在本科阶段形成优良的科研素养,提高本科生的科研能力和创新能力。同时,以确定的效果评价手段对参与课外科技活动的同学进行有效评价,以反馈教师对学生具体能力的有针对性地指导和改进,最终提升大学生课外科技活动的质量。The university students'extracurricular scientific and technological activities are a good platform for training students’practice and innovation.This paper discusses the management mode and the effect evaluation form of the extracurricular scientific and technological activities group to effectively promote the students to form excellent scientific research accomplishment in the undergraduate stage and improve the scientific research ability and innovation ability of the undergraduates.At the same time,the students who participated in the extracurricular scientific and technological activities were evaluated effectively by the method of effect evaluation,so as to feedback the teachers’specific guidance and improvement on the specific abilities of the students,and finally to improve the quality of the college students’extracurricular scientific and technological activities.
