地方高校本科生创新能力培养模式的探索和实践

摘　　要：针对当今社会对创新型本科人才的迫切需求和地方高校实际情况,本文探究了本科生通过参与教师科研项目培养其创新能力的实践教学模式,并基于该模式进行了教学实践。结果表明,本科生通过参与教师科研项目能够体验和掌握项目选题、申报、执行及结题的全过程,并有效地提升了其创新能力,为其今后进行创新创业奠定了基础。In today's society urgent needs for innovative undergraduate talents and local actual situation of colleges and universities,this article explores the undergraduates by participating in teachers'scientific research project to develop the innovative ability of the practice teaching mode,and has carried on the teaching practice based on the model.The results showed that the undergraduates by participating in teachers'scientific research project can experience and master project selected topic,declare,execution,and the whole process of concluding,and effectively improve its ability to innovate,laid a solid foundation for its innovation in the future business.
