右美托咪啶联合氟比洛芬酯在胃癌全胃切除术后镇痛中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析右美托咪啶联合氟比洛芬酯在胃癌全胃切除术后镇痛中的应用效果及对患者术后苏醒质量的影响。方法选取我院收治的胃癌患者100例,随机分为两组,对照组患者使用右美托咪啶作为自控静脉镇痛药物,研究组患者在对照组的基础上联合使用氟比洛芬酯。比较两组患者镇痛效果,恶心、呕吐等不良反应的情况,以及患者的苏醒状况。结果研究组患者不良反应的发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者镇痛评分显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05),镇静效果和麻醉恢复状况显著优于对照组(P<0.05),满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用右美托咪啶联合氟比洛芬酯作为全胃切除术患者自控静脉镇痛药物,能抑制患者术后恢复期间的应激反应,起到良好的镇痛效果,值得在临床中推广。Objective To analyze the effect of dexmedetomidine combined with flurbiprofenaxetil on postoperative analgesia after total gastrectomy for gastric cancer and its effect on postoperative recovery quality.Methods 100 cases of gastric cancer treated in our hospital were selected.The patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with dexmeimidine as a self controlled intravenous analgesic drug.The patients in the study group were treated with flurbiprofen,an intravenous analgesic,on the basis of the control group.The analgesic effect,nausea and vomiting,and the recovery of the two groups were investigated.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The analgesic score of the patients in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The sedative effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).And the patients'satisfaction degree in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dexmedetomidine combined with flurbiprofenaxetil as a self-control vein analgesia drug after total gastrectomy could inhibit the stress reaction during recovery and play a good role in analgesia.It is worth popularization in clinic.
