摘　　要：目的探讨重组人p53腺病毒注射液治疗口腔粘膜白斑的临床效果分析及对患者肿瘤坏死因子TNF-α的影响。方法选取我院收治的口腔粘膜白斑患者116例,随机分为两组,对照组患者应用常规的治疗方法,研究组患者应用重组人p53腺病毒注射液进行治疗。对比两组患者的临床效果以及对患者肿瘤坏死因子TNF-α的影响。结果治疗后研究组患者的复发时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后研究组不同时间段血清TNF-α水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后研究组患者的生活质量明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后研究组患者的临床效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论重组人p53腺病毒注射液能有效降低口腔粘膜白斑患者肿瘤坏死因子TNF-α水平,对患者的生活质量有一定的改善作用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of recombinant human Ad-p53 injection in the treatment of leukoplakia in oral mucosa and its effect on the tumor necrosis factorTNF-α.Methods 116 cases of leukoplakia with oral mucosal lesions in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the patients in the study group were treated with recombinant human Ad-p53 injection.The clinical effects of two groups of patients and the influence of tumor necrosis factor TNF-αwere compared.Results After treatment,the recurrence time of the patients in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The changes of TNF-αin the study group were significantly less than those of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life of the patients in the study group was obviously superior to the control group(P<0.05).The effectof the study group was obviously better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Recombinant Human Ad-p53 Injection therapy could effectively reduce the TNF-αlevels of leukoplakia patients with oral mucosal lesions,and improve the quality of life of the patients.
