替吉奥联合三维适形放化疗在晚期食管癌患者中的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨替吉奥联合三维适形放化疗在晚期食管癌患者中的疗效观察及对毒副反应发生率的影响。方法选取我院收治的晚期食管癌患者共120例作为研究对象,按照数字表法随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组患者给予三维适形放化疗,研究组患者在对照组的基础上联合替吉奥治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果、毒副反应情况、局部控制率、生存率以及疼痛评分(VAS)。结果研究组患者治疗有效率、局部控制率和生存率明显高于对照组,毒副反应发生率及VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论替吉奥联合三维适形放化疗治疗晚期食管癌的临床疗效较好,毒副反应较轻,具有较高的临床价值。Objective To investigate the efficacy of S-1 combined with three dimensional conformal radiotherapy and chemotherapy in patients with advanced esophageal cancer and its effect on the incidence of toxic and side effects.Methods 120 patients with advanced esophageal cancer treated in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.According to the digital table method,they were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.The control group was given three dimensional conformal radiotherapy and chemotherapy.The patients in the study group were given the S-1 therapy on the basis of treatment of the control group.The therapeutic effect,side effects,local control rate,survival rate and pain score(VAS)of the two groups after treatment were studied.Results After treatment,the effective rate of the patients in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of side effects in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the rate of local control in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the survival rate of the patients in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the VAS score in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The S-1 combined with three dimensional conformal radiotherapy has distinct clinical efficacy in patients with advanced esophageal cancer,and its clinical value is high.It can effectively reduce the incidence of side effects.
