康莱特联合GP方案在晚期非小细胞肺癌患者中的应用效果及对炎症因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨康莱特联合GP方案在晚期非小细胞肺癌患者中的应用效果以及对患者体内炎症因子的影响。方法选取我院收治的确诊为晚期非小细胞肺癌的患者68例,随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组患者接受GP方案治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合康莱特治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果以及体内炎症因子水平。结果研究组患者的治疗有效率和KPS评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗前两组患者的IL-6、IL-1、CRP、TNF-α等炎症因子水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后均明显下降,且研究组下降幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 GP方案联合康莱特可明显提高晚期非小细胞肺癌的短期疗效,降低不良反应发生率以及患者体内炎症因子水平,减轻患者的疼痛程度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of Kanglaite combined with GP solutions in the application of patients with advanced nonsmall cell lung cancer and its influence on the inflammation factors of patients.Methods 68 patients diagnosed with advanced non-small cell lung cancer in our hospital were randomly divided into study group and control group.The patients in control group received GP treatment,and the patients in study group received GP treatment combined with Kanglaite.The treatment effect and the influence on the levels of inflammatory factors of patients were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than in the control group(P<0.05).The KPS score in the study group was significantly higher than in the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reactions in the study group were significantly less than in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the differences of patients between the two groups in IL-6,IL-1,CRP,TNF-αand other inflammatory factors were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors of patients in both groups decreased significantly,and those of patients in study group decreased significantly greater than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion GP scheme combined Kanglaite can obviously improve the short-term efficacy of advanced non-small cell lung cancer,reduce the risk of adverse drug reactions as well as the inflammatory marker levels in the patient's body,and effectively alleviate the pain of patients.It deserves being widely recommended in clinic.
