多西他赛联合卡培他滨姑息治疗对晚期乳腺癌患者生存期的影响及其疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨多西他赛联合卡培他滨姑息治疗在晚期乳腺癌患者中的疗效及对患者生存期的影响。方法选取我院收治的晚期乳腺癌女性患者74例,随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组采用多西他赛姑息治疗,研究组采用多西他赛联合卡培他滨姑息治疗,对比观察两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应及生存情况。结果研究组患者缓解率为75.7%、对照组为45.9%,研究组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者恶心呕吐、口腔溃疡、骨髓抑制、脱发等不良反应的发生率无显著差异(P>0.05);研究组患者生存时间、无疾病进展生存期以及1年生存率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多西他赛联合卡培他滨姑息治疗晚期乳腺癌可缓解临床症状,提高临床疗效,延长生存期且副反应未明显增加。Objective To explore the effects of docetaxel combined with capecitabin in palliative treatment of patients with advanced breast cancer and its effects on survival.Methods 74 cases of patients with advanced breast cancer were randomly divided into control group and research group.The control group was given docetaxel palliative treatment,and the research group was given docetaxel combined with capecitabine palliative treatment.Observe and compare the therapeutic effect,adverse reactions and survival of patients between two groups.Results The remission rate of the research group was 75.7%and that of the control group was 45.9%.The remission rate was significantly higher in the research group than in the control group(P<0.05).In the course of treatment,the incidence of nausea,oral ulcer,bone marrow suppression and hair loss in the research group was not significantly different from that of the control group(P>0.05).During the follow-up,the survival time of the patients and the survival period of the disease-free progress were significantly longer in the research group(P<0.05).The one-year survival rate was also significantly higher in the research group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Docetaxel combined with capecitabine could improve the curative effect in the treatment of advanced breast cancer.It could relieve the clinical symptoms,prolong the survival time,and yet not increase the side effect.
