护理干预对胸腺肽α1联合奈达铂治疗肺癌术后患者TESS评分的影响及效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预在胸腺肽α1联合奈达铂治疗肺癌术后患者中的护理效果及对TESS评分的影响。方法选取我院收治的120例肺癌患者作为对象,所有患者均采用胸腺肽α1联合奈达铂治疗,根据护理方法分为对照组(n=60例)和观察组(n=60例)。对照组采用常规方法干预,观察组采用护理干预,两组均进行1个月护理,护理完毕后对患者效果进行评估。观察比较两组患者术后并发症和副反应表(TESS)及护理前后的免疫功能和肺功能情况,比较两组护理效果及对TESS评分的影响。结果观察组患者术后并发症及不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);护理前,两组患者的免疫功能无显著差异(P>0.05),护理后,观察组患者的各项免疫功能指标水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05);护理前,两组患者的肺功能无显著差异(P>0.05),护理后,观察组FEV1、FEV1%、FEV1/FVC以及6MWT等指标均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胸腺肽α1联合奈达铂治疗肺癌术后实施护理干预效果理想,有助于降低患者不良反应和并发症的发生率,改善患者的免疫功能水平,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the effects of nursing intervention in the treatment of postoperative lung cancer patients with thymosinα1 combined with nedaplatin and its effects on TESS score.Methods 120 patients with lung cancer were selected as subjects.All patients were treated with thymosinα1 combined with nedaplatin,and they were divided into control group(60 cases)and observation group(60 cases)according to nursing methods.The control group received routine intervention,and the observation group received nursing intervention.Both groups were nursed for one month and the effect of the patients was evaluated after nursing.Observe and compare the postoperative complications and side-effects(TESS)of the two groups,as well as the immune function and lung function before and after nursing.The effects of nursing care on the TESS score were also analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results The cases of postoperative complications and adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no difference in the immune function and lung function between the two groups(both P>0.05).After intervention,the level of each immune function index was significantly better in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The FEV1,FEV1%,FEV1/FVC and 6MWT and other indicators were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention had good effects on postoperative lung cancer patients with treatment of thymosinα1 combined with nedaplatin.It could help reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and complications in patients,and improve the level of immune function.It is worthy of promotion and application.
