莱斯特评估包在中医全科医师社区培训中的应用

摘　　要：应用莱斯特评估包(Leicester assessment package,LAP)训练和评估中医全科医师,能使其形成并强化整体性服务、以病人为中心照顾、全面性照顾等全科医学服务理念。LAP评估包可以提升中医全科医师的应诊能力:培养问诊技巧、提升基本医疗管理能力、培养解决问题的技巧、建立密切的医患关系。By using Leicester Assessment Package,general physicians of traditional Chinese medicine can form the concept of general medical service which includes coordination,comprehensiveness and person-centeredness.Leicester Assessment Package also can promote the consultation competence of general physicians of traditional Chinese medicine which includes interviewing,patient management and relationship with patients.
