摘　　要：柴胡桂枝汤是《伤寒论》中的一张名方,该方兼治表里内外,临床应用广泛。程瑛教授善用经方,临床中灵活运用本方治疗妇科疾病取得良好疗效。本文从围绝经期综合征、经前期综合征、产后发热、产后痹证、肝气窜证等5个病证介绍程瑛老师运用该方的临床经验,并附有病案。Chaihu Guizhi decoction is a famous prescription recorded in Treatise on Febrile Diseases.It is widely used in clinical application.Professor Cheng Ying is good at classical prescription.Clinical application of the prescription in the treatment of gynecological diseases can achieve good results.In this article,the application of Chaihu Guizhi decoction was discussed in treating gynecological diseases through the cases of perimenopausal syndrome,premenstrual syndrome,postpartum fever,postpartum arthralgia and liver-qi channeling syndrome.
