中西医结合治疗高脂血症急性胰腺炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合治疗高脂血症急性胰腺炎的效果。方法选取60例高脂血症急性胰腺炎患者,随机分为2组,对照组30例给予常规西医方法治疗,治疗组30例加用大柴胡汤合大承气汤加减(保留灌肠、口服)及大黄、芒硝外敷腹部治疗,对2组临床症状、实验室检查指标及治疗效果进行比较分析。结果治疗组腹痛、腹胀、恶心、呕吐、肛门恢复排气排便时间及平均住院天数均较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05);出院时治疗组及对照组白细胞、D-二聚体、C反应蛋白、甘油三酯水平均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),但2组比较无明显差异(P>0.05);结论中西医结合治疗高脂血症急性胰腺炎可使患者症状改善时间缩短,减少住院天数,但远期治疗效果与单纯西医治疗无明显差异。Objective To discuss the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis(HLAP).Methods 60 cases of HLAP patients were divided into control group of 30 cases received conventional western medicine treatment and treatment group of 30 cases received Dachaihu decoction and Dachengqi decoction(retention enema,oral),rhubarb and mirabilite topical abdomen treatment.The clinical symptoms,laboratory indexes and the curative effect of the two groups were analyzed.Results The time of abdominal pain,abdominal distension,nausea,vomiting and anal recovery of the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).In discharge,white blood cells,D-dimer,c-reactive protein,triglyceride levels of treatment group and control group were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),but no obvious difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating HLAP can shorten the duration of symptoms and reduce the number of hospitalization days,but the long-term effect is not significantly different from that of western medicine.
