摘　　要：驱动桥可靠性试验是对桥壳、主减速器齿轮副及半轴3个主要零部件在台架上进行的疲劳寿命试验。依据汽车行业标准,阐述各零部件的疲劳试验方法,结合驱动桥的结构情况,分析驱动桥在疲劳试验中的失效模式。The drive axle reliability test is a fatigue life test performed on the gantry for the three main components of the axle housing,the main reducer gear pair and the half shaft.According to the automobile industry standard,the fatigue test methods for each component were described,and the failure modes of the drive axle in various fatigue tests were analyzed by combining the structure of the drive axle.
