摘 要:目的对国产中能医用加速器XHA1400进行X射线剂量输出、机械性能和安全方面的检验,以评估其对三维适形放疗和调强放疗的临床可行性和可靠性。方法以GB15213-2016《医用电子加速器性能和检验方法》和AAPM TG142为基础,结合Elekta等进口设备厂商的相关加速器质量控制标准制定检测项目、检测方法,对XHA1400进行全面的检定。结果除线性要求外,XHA1400各项指标均达到质控标准。结论 XHA1400具有良好的剂量输出准确性和机械性能精度,主要检测指标不输于进口加速器,符合临床进行三维适形放疗和调强放疗的大部分要求。但稍有不足,其剂量输出线性仍需进一步校准以便更好地满足临床调强放疗中出现的小子野剂量输出的需要,以及装备成像质量更高的CBCT系统。Objective In order to evaluate the clinical feasibility and reliability of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy and intensity modulated radiation therapy of domestic middle-energy medical accelerator XHA1400,we examined the X-ray dose output,mechanical property and safety of it.Methods Based on GB15213-2016 Medical Accelerator Performance and Test Method and AAPM TG142,and referring to the related accelerator quality control standards of imported equipment manufacturers such as Elekta,we conducted a comprehensive verification of the accelerator XHA1400.Results In addition to the results of the linear requirements,XHA1400 indicators had reached quality control standards.Conclusion XHA1400 has good dose output accuracy and mechanical performance accuracy,and the main indicators are not inferior to the imported accelerator.It meets the most of clinic requirement of the three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy and intensity modulated radiotherapy.However,there is still some shortages.Its dose output linearity should be further calibrated in order to better meet the requirement of small field dose output in clinical intensive radiation therapy.What’s more,we should equip the accelerator with cone-beam CT for higher imaging quality.
