摘 要:为了研究废旧橡胶粉对氯氧镁水泥力学性能的影响,研究了不同粒度、不同掺量的胶粉对氯氧镁水泥3 d、7 d、28 d抗折强度、抗压强度的影响,结合SEM扫描电镜对复合体系微观形貌进行了分析。结果表明:随着橡胶粉掺量的提高,试件强度指标整体出现先提高后降低的趋势,橡胶粉掺量为6%的试件在早期强度指标中表现优异;随着橡胶粉目数的增加,氯氧镁水泥强度指标整体强度呈下降趋势,橡胶粉掺量为6%的复合水泥早期强度远高于其他掺量的水泥试件。SEM表明:28 d时不同目数橡胶粉在相同掺量下对氯氧镁水泥微观形态的影响有较大不同。In order to study the waste rubber powder on the mechanical behavior of magnesium oxychloride cement,the effects of different particle sizes and different amounts of rubber powder on the flexural strength and compressive strength of magnesium oxychloride cement 3 d,7 d,28 d are studied.The microstructure of the composite system is analyzed by SEM scanning electron microscope.The results show that with the increase of the amount of rubber powder,the overall index of the strength of the specimen appears to be improved after the improvement,and the rubber powder content of 6%is excellent in the early strength index.With the increase of rubber powder mesh,integrated intensity index of the magnesium oxychloride cement is on the decline,and the early strength of 0.6%rubber powder composite cement is much higher than cement specimens with other dosages.SEM shows that the micromorphology of chloro-oxygen magnesium cement is significantly different with the same amount of rubber powder at 28 d.
