UBM和前节OCT在外伤性睫状体脱离诊断中的对比研究

摘　　要：目的对外伤性睫状体脱离的超声生物显微镜(UBM)声像特点及眼前相干光断层扫描(OCT)的图像特点进行对比分析,探讨二者在临床诊断中的应用价值。方法对我院收治的45例(45只眼)因眼外伤所致睫状体脱离的无检查禁忌患者分别行UBM及眼前节OCT检查并对其图像特点进行对比分析。结果 UBM及眼前节OCT均能明确显示睫状体脱离范围、大小及伴随的其它病变。结论 UBM及眼前节OCT均可准确诊断外伤性睫状体脱离,但其二者均有其优劣势,根据患者临床情况对比选择可为外伤性睫状体脱离做出明确诊断。Objective To compare the characteristics of ultrasound biomicroscopy(UBM)to that of anterior segment optical coherence tomography(OCT)of ciliary body detachment caused by ocular trauma.Methods 45 cases(45 eyes)of trauma patients with ciliary body detachment were examined by UBM and OCT.Results Both UBM and OCT can clearly show the extent,size,and other pathological changes associated with the ciliary body.Conclusions UBM and anterior segment OCT can be used to accurately evaluate traumatic ciliary body detachment.Both have its advantages and disadvantages.Appropriate choice should be made based on clinical situations.
