美多芭联合小剂量溴隐亭缓解帕金森氏病“关”的时限分析

摘　　要：目的分析美多芭联合小剂量甲磺酸嗅隐停治疗帕金森氏病(PD)并发症"关"的时限的疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2016年4月~2017年8月期间在神经内科接受系统治疗的确诊的帕金森患者,以计算机标法,筛选出观察组与对照组各78例,观察组采用美多芭联合小剂量甲磺酸嗅隐停,对照组单纯使用美多芭,通过UPDRS评分量表,比较两组患者帕金森并发症"关"的时限的缓解情况。结果观察组在症状改善(详细指标)上优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论美多芭联合小剂量甲磺酸嗅隐可明显缓解帕金森患者"关"的时限,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To analyze the effect of time limit for the treatment of Parkinson's disease(PD)clinical complications"off"with madopar combined with small dose of bromocriptine mesylate.Methods A retrospective analysis of patients with Parkinson's disease diagnosed in our department from April 2016 to August 2017 in the department of neurology was conducted.Seventy-eight cases in the observation group and the control group were screened out by computer.The observation group was treated with madopar combined with small dose of bromocriptine mesylate olfactory,while the control group was only treated with madopar.The time limit of Parkinson’s complication“off"was compared between the two groups by UPDRS score scale.Results The observation group was better than the control group in the symptom improvement(the detailed index),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Madopar combined with small dose of bromocriptine mesylate olfactory can significantly relieve the time limit of"off"in Parkinson's disease,and improve the life quality of patients.
