125名实习护士安瓿伤发生情况的调查与分析

摘　　要：目的研究125名实习护士安瓿伤发生情况的调查与分析。方法选择2015年1月~2016年12月间在我院工作的125名实习护士,实习时间均为9个月,由护理部统一采用自制调查问卷了解护士近3个月内发生安瓿伤情况,分析原因,制定管理措施。结果调查问卷结果表明:(1)实习后第2个月安瓿伤发生例数较多;(2)本科学历、研究生学历实习生对安瓿伤后正确处理方法、掰安瓿时佩戴手套、发生损伤后及时上报、自我保护知识掌握度高比例均高于大专学历的实习生。结论 125名实习护士中发生安瓿伤共75名,分析发生安瓿伤主要因素可能与实习生对职业暴露知识掌握度、安瓿瓶大小、操作手法等有关。Objective To investigate and analyze the incidence of ampoules injuries among 125 practice nurses.Methods One hundred and twenty-five probationers worked from January 2015 to December 2016 in our hospital were selected.After 9 months of internship,the uniformly self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the incidence rate of the ampoule-induced accidental injury in recent 3 months,and its causes were analyzed and the management measures was made.Results According to the investigation results:(1)After 2 months of internship,there were more probationers with the ampoule-induced accidental injury;(2)After the ampoule-induced accidental injury,the rate of proper handling method,wearing the gloves,timely report and mastery degree of self-protection knowledge of trainees with bachelor degree and graduate degree were higher than trainees with college degree.Conclusion There were 75 ampoule injuries in 125 internship nurses.The analysis of the main factors for the injury of ampoules may be related to the degree of knowledge of occupational exposure,the size of ampoules,and the manipulative techniques of the ampoules.
