摘　　要：目的观察i Root SP治疗难治性根尖周炎的临床疗效。方法选择2016年10月1日~2017年6月30日本院就诊50例难治性根尖周炎患者,随机分为AH-plus充填的对照组,应用i Root SP糊剂充填的观察组。根充后拍X线片,记录临床体征。术后1个月和半年随访观察评估临床疗效。结果根充术后1个月,实验组的临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。术后半年根管治疗成功率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 i Root SP充填糊剂对难治性根尖周炎有一定的疗效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of iRoot SP in the treatment of refractory periapical periodontitis.Methods Fifty patients with refractory periapical periodontitis in our hospital from October 1,2016 to June 31,2017 were selected and randomly divided into the control group filling with AH-plus and the observation group filling with iRoot SP paste.The X-ray film was taken after the root filling,and the clinical signs were recorded.The clinical efficacy was evaluated after 1 months and half a year followup.Results In one month after root canal filling,the clinical efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the success rate of root canal treatment after six months(P>0.05).Conclusion iRootSP filling paste has certain curative effect on refractory periapical periodontitis.
