摘　　要：目的通过分析精神科护理不良事件的特点及发生原因,探讨避免不良事件发生的有效对策,以保障患者安全。方法回顾性分析某三级甲等精神专科医院2015年1月-2016年12月上报的42起精神科护理不良事件,从不良事件的类型、分级、事件主体、发生时间及班次等维度进行分析,对不良事件的类别、发生原因及时间特点进行研究。结果精神科护理不良事件发生率居前3位的分别是暴力攻击(26.19%)、跌倒(26.19%)和自伤自杀(11.91%);低职称、短护龄护理人员操作导致的不良事件发生率高于高职称、长护龄护理人员,但不同职称、护龄及受教育程度护理人员的护理不良事件发生率差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);护理不良事件主要发生于白班(45.24%)和小夜班次(35.71%)。结论精神科护理不良事件主要为暴力攻击、跌倒和自伤自杀,不同护龄、职称及受教育程度护理人员发生的护理不良事件无差异,护理不良事件主要发生于白班和小夜班时段。Objective Through analyzing the characteristics and causes of nursing adverse events in psychiatry department,the effective measures avoiding adverse events were discussed to ensure the safety of patients.Methods Retrospective analysis 42 cases of nursing adverse events in a three grade psychiatric hospital from January 2015 to December 2016,the analysis included adverse event type,classification level,main context,occurrence time and shift.The types,causes and time characteristics of adverse events were studied.Results The top 3 nursing adverse events occured in psychiatric department were violent attacks(26.19%),falls(26.19%)and self injury or suicide(11.91%).The incidence rate of adverse events in nursing personnel with low professional title and short nursing age was higher than that of high title,longer length of nursing age nurses,while,the difference of incidence rate was not statistically significant among different professional title,nursing age and level of education(all P>0.05).The nursing adverse events occurred mainly in the day shift(45.24%)and first night shif(35.71%).Conclusion In psychiatry department,the nursing adverse events are mainly violent attacks,falls and self injury or suicide.There is no difference on proportion of adverse events among different professional title,nursing age and level of education nursing personnel.The adverse events mainly occur in day shift and first night shift.
