摘　　要：目的:探讨长春西汀和胞磷胆碱治疗脑梗死患者的临床效果。方法:收治脑梗死患者70例,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用长春西汀和胞磷胆碱治疗,对照组采用胞磷胆碱治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率、神经功能缺失评分改善程度、症状改善程度和不良反应发生率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:长春西汀和胞磷胆碱治疗脑梗死患者的临床效果显著,安全性高。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of vinpocetine and citicoline in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:70 patients with cerebral infarction were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was treated with vinpocetine and citicoline.The control group was treated with citicoline.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:After treatment,in the observation group,the total effective rate,the improvement degree of the neurological deficit score,the degree of symptom improvement and the incidence of adverse reactions were all significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of vinpocetine and citicoline in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction was significant,and the security was high.
