摘　　要：目的:探讨视频脑电图在神经内科重症意识障碍患者中的应用价值。方法:收治重症意识障碍患者51例,对其进行视频脑电图检测,采用Synek分级标准对视频脑电图进行分级,根据视频脑电图分级分析视频脑电图分级与患者预后的关系。结果:经VEEG检查,非惊厥性癫痫(NCS)检出率9.8%,与未检出NCS的患者预后相比,有NCS者的预后明显差。结论:视频脑电图对神经内科重症意识障碍患者的临床诊断、治疗方案及预后判断具有重要的临床价值。Objective:To explore the application value of video electroencephalogram in patients with severe consciousness disorder in neurology department.Methods:51 patients with severe disturbance of consciousness were treated with video EEG.The video EEG was graded by Synek grading standard,and then analyzed the relationship between the video EEG classification and the prognosis of patients according to the video electroencephalogram classification.Results:The detection rate of NCS was 9.8%after VEEG examination,and the prognosis of NCS patients was significantly worse than that of patients without NCS.Conclusion:Video EEG has important clinical value in clinical diagnosis.Treatment plan and prognosis judgement of patients with severe mental disorder in neurology department.
