摘　　要：热应激会严重影响母猪的采食量、泌乳力、受胎率和繁殖性能等,一直是我国现代养猪业亟待解决的难题之一。高纤维低蛋白氨基酸平衡日粮在动物营养、环境保护和经济效益等方面都有着重要的优势,特别是对高温环境下的母猪生产性能具有重要作用。文章综述了母猪热应激产生的原因及主要危害、膳食纤维的定义及其主要生理功能、低蛋白氨基酸平衡日粮的理论基础及其在缓解母猪热应激方面的应用效果和高纤维低蛋白氨基酸平衡日粮缓解母猪热应激的应用前景。Heat stress in summer will seriously affect the feed intake,lactation,pregnancy rate and reproductive performance of sows.It has always been one of the difficult problems to be solved in China's modern pig raising industry.The amino acid balance diet with high fiber and low protein has an important advantage in animal nutrition,environmental protection and economic benefits,especially plays an important role in sow production performance under high temperature environment.This article reviewed the causes and main hazards of sow heat stress,the definition of dietary fiber and its main physiological functions,the theoretical basis of low protein amino acid balance diet and its application in alleviating the heat stress of sows,and the application prospect of high fiber low protein amino acid balanced diet to alleviate the heat stress of sows.
