摘　　要：目的了解恶性肿瘤高发区普查人群内镜下卢戈氏液染色食管粘膜改变的情况,探讨内镜下卢戈氏液染色在食管癌前病变的应用价值。方法收集2017年11月~12月104例普查者在我院胃镜普查,先直视下观察,然后食管用1.5%的卢戈氏液染色,观察染色前后食管粘膜的着色情况,进行分析。结果 104例普查者的食管病变总感染率为50.96%,其中男性食管病变感染率为56.00%,女性食管病变感染率为46.30%,年龄性别差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);卢戈氏碘液染后检查显示:食管病变检出率随着年龄的增长而增长。结论普查人群内镜下应用卢戈氏液染色法是诊断食管癌前病变较好的方法,能明显提高食管癌前病变检出率,有助于食管癌前病变的诊断与鉴别诊断,对高发人群应加强预防及早诊早治。Objective To investigate the changes of esophageal mucosa with Lugo's solution staining under endoscopy in high incidence area of malignant tumor,and to explore the value of Lugo's solution staining for precancerous lesions of esophagus.Methods A total of 104 cases of census from November to December of 2017 were collected under gastroscopy in our hospital and observed under direct vision.Then the esophagus was stained with 1.5%Lugo's solution staining to observe the coloration of esophageal mucosa before and after staining.Results The total infection rate of esophageal lesions in 104 cases was 50.96%,of which the infection rate of male esophagus was 56.00%,the infection rate of female esophagus was 46.30%,and the difference of age and sex was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The detection of Lugo's solution iodine staining showed that the detection rate of esophageal lesions increased with age.Conclusion The application of Lugo's solution staining to endoscopy is a better method for the diagnosis of precancerous lesions of the esophagus.It can obviously improve the detection rate of precancerous lesions of the esophagus,help the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the precancerous lesions of the esophagus,and strengthen the prevention and early diagnosis and early treatment for the high incidence population.
