摘 要:目的根据中医老年病学的教学内容及特点,以微课教学模式进行中医老年病学教学,探索其教学效果以及在教学中实施的具体步骤与方法。方法通过选取中医临床专业本科学生40名为研究对象,随机分成实验组和对照组,每组20人,实验组予以微课微课教学模式进行教学,对照组予以传统的教学模式,课程结束后进行理论考试、病例分析测试及问卷调查,从而探索微课在中医老年病学教学中的意义。结果通过两组比较发现实验组能提高临床实习生的学习主动性、学习兴趣,沟通能力及思维能力从而提高学习效率,两组问卷调查各项差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),在理论考试及病例分析题测试方面,通过分数统计分析,实验组仍然优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微课教学模式能够提高中医老年病学临床带教的效率,故该教学模式值得推广。Objective According to the teaching content and characteristics of geriatrics in traditional Chinese medicine,the teaching of geriatrics in traditional Chinese medicine is to be carried out in a micro-teaching mode,and the teaching effect and the concrete steps and methods in teaching are explored.Methods 40 undergraduate students of TCM clinical specialty were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 20 students in each group.The experimental group was taught in the micro-teaching micro-teaching mode.The control group was given the traditional teaching mode.After the course,the theoretical examination,case analysis test,and questionnaire survey were conducted to explore the significance of micro-teaching in geriatrics teaching of traditional Chinese medicine.Results Through the comparison between the two groups,it was found that the experimental group could improve the clinical interns'learning initiative,interest in learning,communication ability and thinking ability,thereby improving the learning efficiency,the differences between the two groups of questionnaires were statistically significant(P<0.05).For theoretical examinations and case analysis tests,statistical analysis of scores showed that the experimental group was still better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The micro-curricular teaching mode can improve the efficiency of clinical teaching of geriatrics in TCM,so this teaching model is worthy of promotion.
